About the Role

This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives that power global products and client solutions.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead multiple concurrent projects from onboarding through successful delivery across distributed squads. You will serve as Scrum Master, facilitating high-performance team dynamics for rapid releases.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to transform business needs into clear plans and delivery schedules. Additionally, you will track and communicate project health with metrics like velocity, burn-down, throughput, and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will foster a culture of accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple concurrent projects from onboarding through successful delivery.
  • Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate high-performance team dynamics.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-10 years' experience managing software product delivery, ideally in SaaS or SportsTech sectors.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) is preferred.
