Founding Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Founding Partner to join our organization. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who has founded or led early-stage ventures and is looking to work closely with founding teams across multiple companies.

The role of the Founding Partner will be to drive strategic projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution across functions and serving as an extension of the founding team.

  • Drive initiatives from concept to launch: new product launches, market entry projects, and other high-impact initiatives.
  • Own critical growth levers: affiliate marketing, PR campaigns, international expansion, and other key areas.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the founding team: model financials, assess M&A opportunities, and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure operational excellence: track OKRs, align cross-functional teams, and conduct process audits to optimize efficiency.
  • Represent the founding team in high-stakes meetings with investors, partners, and talent.
Requirements
  • Founder/Co-founder experience or early builder at a fast-scaling startup.
  • Bias for action, ability to thrive in chaos, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Strong analytical skills: finance, operations metrics, growth funnels, and data analysis.
  • Crisp communication: able to draft investor memos, press releases, and strategy decks.
  • Ambitious, long-term thinker: sees this role as a launchpad into leadership.
