Brand Square is a fast-growing digital agency seeking a visionary Co-Founder with strong English proficiency and a marketing-oriented mindset. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit – willing to take risks, create something disruptive, and scale it globally.

We are looking for a results-driven individual who can lead our content, academic operations & communication strategy. As a key member of the founding team, you will work closely with our Sales Co-Founder and Tech Co-Founder to drive business growth through strategic planning and innovative ideas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective content strategies to engage our target audience.
  • Drive performance-based marketing campaigns and collaborate with influencers to amplify our brand message.
  • Be the face of the brand – camera-friendly presence for videos & storytelling.
  • Contribute to business strategy, fundraising & scaling operations.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Tech Co-Founders to align product, growth & vision.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Leadership and team management experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of business development and strategic planning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in the digital agency space is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
