Key Responsibilities

  • Foster engaging presentations and workshops with excellent speaking, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Apply coaching methodologies tailored to each client's challenges and aspirations.
  • Track client progress and regularly review and update plans as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for this position.
  • Strong listening, empathy, and motivational abilities are required to connect and inspire clients.
  • Experience in creating training materials or multimedia presentations is highly valued.
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and a positive mindset are essential, along with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a degree in Psychology can be beneficial.
