Logistics Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring and managing warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound processes, storage control, and replenishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Configuration: Configure warehouse organization structure, layout, and workflows to optimize inventory management and reduce costs.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and track inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and perform physical inventory counts.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and improve supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in SAP EWM/MM/WM modules.
  • Certifications: SAP Certified Associate - EWM (SAP Certification) is preferred but not mandatory.
