Program Implementation Specialist

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Program Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will oversee the successful implementation of our programs at schools across assigned regions. You will work closely with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure a smooth and impactful program implementation.

You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation process, collaborating with school stakeholders, and supporting teachers in effectively delivering the programs to students. As the Program Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful rollout and delivery of our Life Skills Programs across various schools.

Key Responsibilities:

The role of a Program Implementation Specialist requires a self-driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, going beyond defined tasks to ensure program success.

  • Program Development:
    • Work closely with content team to ensure quality of the program, with close involvement in creation, review and signoff of the programs prior to implementation.
    • Day to day involvement with the content team and actively participate in content quality and ensure program readiness to go to the market.
    • Actively participate in strategy and planning of multiple offerings for parents, teachers and students as workshops, seminars and training programs.
    • Support in marketing and operations strategies and roll outs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in education, program management, or a relevant field is required. Strong understanding of child development and learning theory is necessary. Proven experience in implementing educational programs in schools is also required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills are a must. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary. Passion for education and commitment to student success is a plus.

Benefits:

This is a full-time position based off Hyderabad, but willing to travel to assigned schools for program implementation and support activities in Telangana and Andhra locations.
