Senior Vice President Career Counselling

This is a senior level position that oversees the career counselling function across the company. The role requires close work with senior stakeholders and involves designing, implementing, monitoring and improving frameworks, processes and teams to establish a system of career counselling.

About the Role

The Senior Vice President in this role will be responsible for helping employees think long-term career advancements, building relationships with popular schools across the world to place TresVista employees interested in pursuing further education and working with the placements support function to find outplacement opportunities for outgoing employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Design scalable career development frameworks
  • Counselling and coaching employees on their long-term career goals
  • Buildd relationships with academic institutions
  • Facilitating workshops and seminars
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with 15-18 years of experience in career coaching/counselling with significant exposure to corporates. The ideal candidate should have certifications and/or skills in coaching frameworks, assessment tools and familiarity with career pathing, performance management and employee engagement.

A Bachelors/Master's degree in one of the following fields is preferred: Counselling, Psychology, Human Resources, Career Development, Organizational Behavior or any related field.

Preferred Skills include experience in conducting one-on-one and group counselling sessions, facilitating workshops and seminars, experience with career assessment tools and experience in training counsellors.
