Human Resources Leadership Role

The Human Resources (HR) function plays a pivotal role in spearheading organizational effectiveness. This strategic HR Business partner develops and implements human resources strategies to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Partner: Plan, implement, and evaluate employee relations and human resource programs, partnering with business leaders to align people strategy with business needs.
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Secure talented workforce within tight timelines, identify manpower requirements, plan budget, and ensure best-in-class onboarding experience.
  • HR Manpower Planning and Budgeting: Assist in budgeting process, review actual spend versus approved budgets, optimize manpower utilization, and identify opportunities for savings.
  • Performance Management: Drive continuous performance management, annual compensation reviews, and train line managers on goal setting and performance feedback.
  • Talent Management: Implement periodic talent reviews, develop/retain plans, create succession plans for critical roles, and drive talent development programs.
  • Learning & Development: Promote a culture of learning and high performance, identify training needs, prepare training calendars, and evaluate training efficacy.
  • HR Compliance & Statutory Obligations: Ensure HR legal compliance, monitor statutory laws, maintain records, and represent the organization at various HR associations.
  • Labour Management: Maintain harmonious IR environments, track productivity, identify cost-saving scopes, and ensure statutory compliances by manpower vendors.
  • Employee Engagement & Wellbeing: Implement initiatives to impact key drivers of employee engagement, lead wellbeing initiatives, and achieve holistic wellbeing of employees.
  • HR Operations: Supervise and review HR operations pertaining to employee lifecycles, streamline processes, and bring in more efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

MBA HR / Masters in Human Resource Management required. 15+ years of experience handling HR functions, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
