Job Summary:

Lead and manage the Human Resources function, driving strategic initiatives across HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building. Mentor HR teams, ensure compliance, and implement people processes that align with business goals to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a lean team, setting clear objectives, balancing workloads and driving accountability
  • Oversee global mobility and travel operations: visas, deputations, travel policy compliance and cost control.
  • Own HR policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration (payroll, statutory filings, onboarding/offboarding).
  • Champion employee experience: office amenities, wellness programs, pulse surveys and rapid-response action plans.
  • Own culture-building strategy and execution—design targeted initiatives, workshops and recognition programs to boost engagement and reduce turnover.
  • Embed key company values through team-led workshops, leadership forums and signature events.
  • Design and approve total-rewards framework: salary cycles, incentives, spot awards and communications.
  • Prioritize and review Learning & Development: curriculum, certification tracking and impact reporting.
  • Drive CSR strategy and employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition on external communications and campus outreach.
  • Own Talent Acquisition and HR governance: sourcing, screening, offers, TA metrics, complex escalations, HRIS data integrity and HR-tech optimizations.
