Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation, account management, customer satisfaction, and sales process execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email, social media).
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, proactively addressing their needs and upselling/cross-selling products or services.
- Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding expectations.
- Sales Process: Effectively execute the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, utilizing proven sales techniques and tools.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in inside sales, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive, energetic, and results-oriented attitude.
Estimated Salary: ₹ 8-12 lakhs per annum (dependent on experience). Bonus: ₹ 1-2 lakhs per annum (dependent on performance). Total Compensation Package: ₹ 9-14 lakhs per annum.
