- Maintain effective relationships with bank stakeholders, ensuring timely and quality responses to their needs.
- Develop and implement training programs for the mapped bank VRMs/Verifiers, focusing on enhancing their skills and performance.
- Drive sales growth through various initiatives, including participation in morning hurdles, closing leads over calls, and recognizing performers.
- Manage conversion of logged-in cases, handle escalations, and evaluate call quality to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue generation and business target achievement through team collaboration.
- Relationship building and stakeholder management.
- Training and mentoring of mapped bank VRMs/Verifiers.
- Initiatives to drive sales growth and recognize top performers.
