Job Role:

Serve as a key point of contact for corporate banking customers, providing expert advice and support on a range of banking services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to phone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of banking services, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banking, preferably in corporate banking or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Knowledge of RBI Regulations and industry best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
