Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage customer demand, complaints reduction, automation opportunities, and improvement initiatives in our Trade Finance Operations and Projects team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate banking products and experience in driving change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer demand and optimize fulfillment and complaints reduction.
- Identify areas of demand, forecast ongoing and future demand, and plan resources accordingly.
- Engage with stakeholders to suggest possible solutions for eliminating or self-servicing demand.
- Own and drive implementation and rollout of change initiatives.
- Track customer feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 10-12 years of related work experience in managing customer fulfillment for corporate customers.
- Knowledge of corporate banking products, including trade finance, remittance, payments, loans, and term deposits.
- Experience in driving change management initiatives and medium-sized projects.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in commerce preferred.
Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of product life cycle and nuances of corporate banking products.
- Experience in working on core banking systems.
