Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wholesale Banking Client Service Specialist to join our team at Axis Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service experience to our wholesale banking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless processing of service requests, resulting in zero loss for the bank.
- Manage CA Opening processes within stipulated timelines, ensuring NFTR control and efficient transaction delivery.
- Develop and deepen CA CDAB from mapped books and branches.
- Process signature additions/deletions, DD/PO issuances, and bulk payments within defined TAT.
- Promote digital adoption and penetration among CIB and CMS customers.
- Handle IPO/NFO/Right Issues, ensuring transactions are compliant with external and internal guidelines.
- Manage Internal and External Audit handling, controlling operational, compliance, and financial risks.
- Resolve complaints/investigations within defined TAT, adhering to regulatory requirements and court orders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A graduate or MBA degree is preferred.
- Additional certification courses related to the banking sector can be beneficial.
- Proficiency in banking products and services.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and local languages.
- Ability to manage complex client situations and risk.
- High-pressure tolerance and meeting deadlines.
Estimated Salary Range: ₹12-18 lakhs per annum, depending on location and experience. We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
