Job Title: Paperwork Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to support our US-based real estate clients.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing customer relationship management software, handling documentation, and assisting with property listings across various platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Transaction Support
      • Ensure accurate records and timely updates in CRM systems.
      • Handle transaction documentation, including uploading, organizing, and reviewing files for compliance.
      • Prepare and coordinate transaction-related reports, checklists, and compliance files.
      • Shadow the transaction process to support agents and ensure a smooth client experience.
    • Listing Management
      • Add and update property listings on Zillow, MLS, Affordable Housing, and other platforms.
      • Demonstrate knowledge of MLS systems to assist with property updates and compliance.
    • Administrative Support
      • Provide email management, including drafting, organizing, and responding on behalf of agents.
      • Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, calendar management, meeting scheduling, and report generation.
      • Support file and database management, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
