**Financial Services Support Role**

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a financial services support specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service and support to our advisors and staff.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in managing office workflow, creating and delivering unique client experiences, and following high standards of business and professional ethics.

You will also be responsible for preparing basic financial plans, conducting investment research, and completing trades and transactions as described by the advisor.

In addition, you will prepare and summarize client meetings, create agendas, and provide necessary follow-up. You will also ensure new business paperwork is successfully submitted, track new insurance and annuity applications, and coordinate rollovers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A willingness to go for licensing certifications as needed (SERIES 7 and possibly State Securities)
  • The ability to work evening hours (8:00 pm - 4:30 am or 9:30 am - 6:00 pm CST)
  • A graduate degree in finance or a related field
  • 0-1 year of experience or 1-year diploma preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic understanding of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word
