- The candidate will be responsible to take up an instrumental role in identifying opportunities and building out/ expanding digital marketing services for Ameriprise financial advisors.

- The lead will manage the specialist(s) who conduct day to day updates for dedicated advisor/ team of financial advisors and staff to ensure they provide outstanding digital experience.

- The lead will partner with various teams to build social media reporting framework and leverage engagement analytics for creating client prospect/ client deepening opportunity pipelines for engaged advisors.

- This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when dealing with others and/or performing work activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Role related requirements:

- Bring industry learning, experience, and best practices to identify opportunities and build out/ expand digital marketing services for Ameriprise advisors.

- Partner with marketing and analytics teams to fast pace digital progress dashboards.

- Build tactics for creating prospect/ deepening opportunity pipelines.

- Manage and provide guidance to the digital marketing specialist(s).

- Enable relevant research and development to consistently upscale/ upskill the service support and team of analyst(s).

- Protect Client data and confidentiality; prioritize and perform work in accordance with established processes / procedures.

- Domain related requirements.

- Ability to create and implement relevant social media strategies/ content, as required.

- Driving social media campaigns.

- Utilize available analytics from different tools & leverage it to drive appropriate marketing strategies.

- Ability to, over a period of time, handle a team of analyst.

- Ensure to manage relevant reporting requirement.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 5+ years of work experience in strategizing & executing digital marketing campaigns.

- Willing to work evening hours: 8:00 pm to 4:30 am (9:30am to 6pm CST).

- Experience in media analytics.

- Strong thought & result leadership.

- Expert in utilizing analytics to drive relevant decision making in marketing strategies/ activities.

- Good communication skills Proven written and verbal communication skills with client service orientation.

- Experienced in working with stakeholders and handling online marketing projects from various industry verticals.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in customer-based interactions roles both written and verbal will be an added advantage.

- Experience Of Interacting With Financial Advisors Will Be Preferred.

- Basics of financial planning & broad exposure to financial products like mutual funds, insurance, retirement services, etc. would be an added advantage.

- Experience of being part of and enabling start-ups/ new business setup approach will also considered a positive.
