Sales/ GEM Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communication with new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain
how these needs could be met by specific products and services in consonance with
Sales HoD. - Prepare sales presentations or proposals to explain product specifications or
applications. - Coordinating the registration process with various PSUs and government entities like
CPWD and the GEM portal, ensuring seamless compliance and operational integration. - Identify prospective customers by using business directories, and following leads from
existing clients. - Preparation and follow-up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms
with the client at a cost best suited for them. - Responding to Customer Queries and give On-sales support when requested.
- Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed
strategies to improve. - Provide feedback to the HoD of the product design team so that products can be
tailored to clients' needs. - Coordination with Pre-Sales for compilation of Technical Responses for client
submission/communication. - Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and
communicating relevant information. - Answer customers' questions and maintaining their records.
- Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, or
other information pertaining to ongoing cases. - Complete expense reports, sales reports, or other paperwork.
- Process initiate for installation and testing of products.
- Verify that materials lists are accurate and that delivery schedules meet project
deadlines. - Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems (if any).
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Applicants should possess exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and strong computer literacy are required.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently is
essential. - Proven capability to collaborate effectively with management and team across all
levels.
