We are seeking a skilled Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administration staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Job DescriptionThe Office Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, responding to inquiries, resolving issues and escalating concerns as necessary.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the organization's reputation by presenting a positive image in all interactions.
- Greet and welcome guests, directing them to the appropriate person or area as needed.
- Manage incoming phone calls, responding promptly and professionally to each inquiry.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-presented at all times.
- Handle mail and deliveries, distributing items to the relevant personnel.
- Monitor and maintain office security, following established procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
