Job Summary:

This role oversees daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. Key responsibilities include supervising facilities, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.

  1. Procurement Management: Ensure timely procurement and stock management of office supplies, snacks, and consumables to meet business needs.
  2. Reporting and Administration: Prepare MIS reports, track expenses, and support financial reporting for administrative functions to maintain transparency.
  3. Facilities and Logistics: Manage front office, couriers, guest house upkeep, and logistical arrangements for meetings/events to enhance employee experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement office processes and policies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with vendors, oversee payments, and ensure service continuity to drive business growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee cleanliness, repair schedules, and workplace upkeep including weekend maintenance drives to maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate internal staff support, facilitate smooth inter-departmental communication, and manage IT/vendor escalations to foster a collaborative work culture.
