As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, scheduling regular preventative measures to prevent any issues from arising.

This involves arranging for regular cleaning services and ensuring all office equipment are in good working order. You will also work closely with our security guards, receptionists, and other support staff, overseeing their work and ensuring they adhere to high standards.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both spoken and written. You will need to be able to work independently, cascading high-level communications and boosting staff/client satisfaction. This may involve managing potential emergencies and carrying out established escalation and incident reporting procedures as necessary.

In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you will also be tasked with identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational standards. This may involve reviewing our CCTV systems and recommending maintenance or repairs as needed. You will also be responsible for overseeing visitor access, maintaining logs and filing work related to this information on a regular basis.
