Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage existing data architecture to set up a strategic framework for the bank.
  • Design and implement an enterprise-wide data strategy that aligns with current and future business needs.
  • Apply knowledge of good architecture practice, architecture documentation, and data technologies to achieve optimal results.
Core Objectives:
  • Capture a comprehensive understanding of the bank's current state holistic data architecture.
  • Oversee the target state design and implementation of data architecture to meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical architecture direction, oversight, and support to delivery teams for the successful delivery of the target state data architecture.
Deliverables:
  • Document a detailed holistic enterprise data architecture for both the current and target states.
  • Capture the enterprise data model in collaboration with the Data & Analytics team to align it with conceptual and logical models.
  • Establish a strategy for data architecture that supports Business and IT strategies while maintaining data architecture principles.
Requirements:
  • Education: A degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of delivering information management solutions to large numbers of end users.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of industry best practices around data architecture, cloud and on-prem solutions, data warehousing, data transformation processes, and supporting technologies.
