Fashion Merchandising Role

As a Fashion Merchandiser, you will lead the merchandising of our B2B team, focusing on optimizing the buying cycle. Your expertise will help streamline current processes or set up new ones to improve procurement strategy and ensure timely production.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Merchandise team to optimize the buying cycle
  • Optimize current processes or set up new ones to improve procurement strategy
  • Ensure on-time fulfillment and capacity planning with operations manager, suppliers, and vendors
  • Share detailed technical packs and quality standards with vendors
  • Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular audits, and address issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for aligned sourcing activities and business goals

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in managing production or sourcing
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology or engineering in textile technology
  • Exceptional understanding of garment manufacturing operations and processes
  • Technical knowledge of pattern and fit development of garments, preferably with AUTO CAD skills
  • Merchandise sourcing knowledge, including sample development and offshore production experience
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and data visualization tools
