Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies that align with our business goals.

The successful candidate will have excellent negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills. They will also have knowledge of ERP systems and supplier management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet business needs.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 13–17 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and supplier management processes.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
