Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Implementation: Design, configure, and implement tailored Experience Cloud portals that meet specific business needs.
  2. Custom Development: Develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Apex to extend platform functionality.
  3. Customization: Customize branding, theming, templates, and layouts in Experience Cloud.
  4. Integration: Integrate Experience Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems via APIs.
  5. Platform Security and Performance: Ensure platform security, scalability, and performance optimization.
  6. Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  7. Technical Support: Provide technical support, issue resolution, and enhancements for Experience Cloud implementations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Salesforce Experience: 6+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in Experience Cloud.
  • Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in LWC, Aura, Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Process Builder.
  • Experience Cloud Expertise: Experience with Experience Cloud branding, customization, and portal management.
  • API Integration: Hands-on expertise in APIs, integrations, and third-party system connectivity.
  • Salesforce Security: Solid understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
  • Certification: Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification is a strong plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability: Immediate availability (mandatory).
