Job Title: Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant / Specialist

Expertise Required:

  • 6+ Years of Experience in Salesforce and 3+ Years in Experience Cloud.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud portals tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design custom Experience Cloud solutions for our clients.
  • Develop technical solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Process Builder.
  • Customize branding, theming, templates, and layouts in Experience Cloud.
  • Integrate Experience Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems via APIs.
  • Ensure platform security, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Provide technical support, issue resolution, and enhancements for Experience Cloud implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in Experience Cloud.
  • Strong proficiency in LWC, Aura, Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Process Builder.
  • Hands-on expertise in APIs, integrations, and third-party system connectivity.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
