Job Title:
Data Cloud Architect

We are seeking a skilled Data Cloud professional to design and implement scalable customer data models.

The ideal candidate will combine expertise in data modeling, ETL, and integrations with advanced knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create Data Streams for ingestion, Data Model Objects, and relationships.
  • Implement Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, and Activations.
  • Define and optimize data models, schema designs, and relationships within Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Integrate Data Cloud with other Salesforce clouds.
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into data models and architecture.
  • Implement ETL, API, and middleware integrations for large-scale data ingestion.
  • Apply data governance, privacy, and compliance best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership in data modeling, ensuring scalability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5–9 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, entity relationships, and normalization/denormalization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, Activations.
• Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, or connectors).
• Good understanding of Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
• Salesforce Certifications (preferred): Data Cloud Consultant, Data Architect, Platform Developer I/II.
