Job Title: Commercial Leasing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Leasing Executive to lead our team's business growth, manage key performance indicators, and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Built, nurture and grow the leasing business by leveraging market trends, identifying opportunities, and closing deals.
  • Maintain year-over-year revenue growth through effective execution of transactions, reviewing the lead funnel, and developing creative sales strategies.
  • Regularly track business key milestones, identify gaps and opportunities, and participate in large transactions to help the team close deals with expertise.
  • Prepare annual and monthly target vacancy lists along with identified client lists, and ensure team KRAs are met.
  • Closure of transactions across asset classes, ensuring overall team sales targets are met, and team building and constant monitoring of work.
  • Implementation of policies related to Work, Health & Safety, effective execution of transactions, and regular client interaction for confidence building and PR.

Requirements:

  • Effective execution of transactions, reviewing the lead funnel, priority marking, and developing creative sales strategies.
  • Approving communication for marketing leasing activities, due diligence on market deals, sharing information with the team, and handling research executives, managers, and teams below.
  • Presenting monthly reports to heads/team directors, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and meeting new clients, and reviewing the lead funnel and priority marking.
