Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute employee engagement programs to enhance workforce morale and productivity.

  • Conduct exit interviews and provide analysis to reduce attrition and improve workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and legal requirements.
Required Skills:
  • A strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to drive insights from engagement and performance data.
