About the Role

The Workforce Management team drives strategic workforce optimization initiatives to meet business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and Implementing Workforce Strategies
  • Analyzing Historical Data and Trends to Forecast Staffing Needs
  • Collaborating with Senior Management and Clients to Create Long-term Workforce Plans
  • Leading a Team of Workforce Analysts and Business Intelligence Analysts
  • Forecasting Staffing Requirements Based on Historical Data and Predictive Analytics
  • Fostering a Culture of Continuous Improvement
  • Ensuring Efficient Scheduling of Staff to Meet Forecasted Demand
  • Implementing and Maintaining Workforce Management Tools and Software
  • Monitoring Real-time Performance Metrics and Adjusting Staffing Plans as Needed
  • Coordinating with Operations to Manage Intra-day Staffing Adjustments
  • Developing and Delivering Comprehensive Workforce Management Reports and Dashboards
  • Analyzing Workforce Data to Identify Trends, Variances, and Areas for Improvement
  • Providing Insights and Recommendations to Optimize Workforce Performance
  • Serving as the Primary Point of Contact for Workforce Management-related Matters with Clients
