Job Title: Expert Payroll Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to optimize our workforce management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and enhance time management, scheduling, and payroll functionalities within our platform.
  • Design and implement complex pay rules, work rules, accruals, and scheduling policies aligned with Australian Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.
  • Conduct comprehensive unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of payroll rules to guarantee accuracy.
  • Manage integrations between our platform and external Australian payroll platforms.
  • Provide expert-level functional support during and after implementation, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
  • Develop training materials and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on configuration and implementation experience with our platform.
  • Proven expertise in configuring payroll modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian payroll, award interpretation, and Fair Work compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience integrating our platform with major Australian payroll systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
