  • Prepare and present regular asset reports using MS Excel, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with SLA commitments related to asset handling, maintaining a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives, leveraging expertise and fostering innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1.6 years of relevant experience in IT asset coordination or management, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth understanding of the asset lifecycle process, with expertise in data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel (data tracking, reporting), as well as familiarity with IMAC, SLA, and ITSM processes/tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a process-driven mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
