IT Asset Management Expert Required

About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled IT asset management professional to lead our team in driving compliance, cost optimization, and lifecycle governance of IT assets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of IT assets, encompassing procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
  • Hardware Asset Management: Oversee HAM processes for precise inventory tracking, asset optimization, and governance.
  • Software Asset Management: Lead SAM programs ensuring license compliance, audit readiness, and effective vendor management.
  • Cloud Insights: Implement Cloud Insights practices to monitor, optimize, and report on cloud consumption and costs.
  • Data Governance: Maintain and govern CMDB and asset repositories, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IT governance standards.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams for cost-effective asset management and reporting.
  • Risk Management: Conduct audits, reconciliations, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate IT asset-related risks.
  • Training and Development: Train, coach, and mentor fresh graduates and junior IT staff on ITAM processes, compliance, and tools.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives within IT asset management.
