Job Summary

This is a senior-level role that requires exceptional time management and organizational skills. As a billing specialist, you will be responsible for accurately preparing invoices, revenue recognition, and accounting processes.

The ideal candidate will have top-notch analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external customers. They will also be able to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and deliver outstanding customer service.

We are looking for a team player who is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and has experience working in a dynamic environment with changing reporting needs.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and timely invoices
  • Collaborate with other departments to prepare, adjust, and verify pre-bill documents
  • Enter data accurately into systems
  • Assist Accounting in applying proper revenue recognition and validating sales tax on invoices

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Billing position or AA Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Project Billing and/or Project Accounting experience preferred
  • Experience in legal billing preferred
