Expert Coupa Implementers required to spearhead end-to-end solution delivery and consulting services. We are seeking a seasoned specialist to oversee the implementation of Coupa solutions.

About This Opportunity

This is an exceptional chance for highly skilled professionals with extensive experience in configuring, integrating, and optimizing Coupa modules. Successful candidates will possess in-depth knowledge of Coupa's features and functions, as well as hands-on expertise in implementing sourcing forms, procurement/invoicing approval chains, dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles.

  • Sound understanding of Coupa's configuration, integration, and optimization capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience in setting up different Coupa modules, including sourcing, contracts, procure, invoice, expenses, and more.
  • Experience in providing support and enhancements for Coupa configurations, focusing on issue fixing and changes.
  • Creation of sourcing forms, objects, procurement/invoicing approval chains, dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles in Coupa.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with various integration partners and 3rd party consultants to integrate business requirements into implemented technical solutions. Strong experience in Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay business processes, as well as sound business knowledge in the procurement area, is essential. Solution architecting and designing of Coupa integration with ERP / middleware / 3rd Party applications, along with experience working with Agile methodology, including creating stories, working in a Kanban environment, participating in scrums and other Agile ceremonies, is also crucial.

Key responsibilities include release management for new product releases and maintenance, working with business partners from diverse geographies, and creating functional specs, Source-to-Target Maps, batch and configuration documents for integration partners for development of data links between systems. Skillset includes expert-level experience in Coupa, deep understanding of business requirements, ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, and strong collaboration skills.
