Job Summary:

We are seeking an Invoicing Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices to customers, meeting delivery timelines, entering invoices into customer systems, submitting invoices electronically, and understanding specific invoicing requirements for each customer. They will also check each field on the invoices before submission, ensure all supporting documents are attached, update invoice status in Navision, maintain logs and files, work closely with the payroll and invoicing team, send statements of accounts to customers, reconcile self-billed cases, handle invoice rejections and credits, and maintain standard operating procedures for the invoicing process.
