Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Partnerships Marketing Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns, while building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will be hands-on in creating proposals, conducting research, coordinating with partners, and ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns.

This role offers excellent exposure to international tourism boards, attractions, and lifestyle brands, with ample opportunities for professional growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
  • Build persuasive and visually compelling proposals (Google Slides/PowerPoint/Canva) to communicate value propositions and ROI.
  • Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Manage campaign tracking (UTMs, dashboards), analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
  • Manage professional communication with internal teams (content, design, paid marketing, CRM) and external partners.
  • Leverage AI and digital tools to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.
  • Skilled in creating structured decks, reports, and presentations.
