Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality and food safety targets are met.
  • Maintain proper GMP & Housekeeping standards.
  • Effectively manage cleaning and sanitation activities.
  • Adhere to minimum test frequency, KORE/QDEC requirements, and applicable regulatory laws.
  • Ensure compliance with external testing, calibration, pest control, sensory, capability study, microbiological compliance, retention, and market study regulations.
  • Comply with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Validate and verify all quality and food safety activities, including line validation, product validation, package validation, process change validations, and approval from CCI.
  • Conduct skill gap assessments, training needs assessments, and develop a training calendar for QA personnel.
  • Track departmental KPIs, conduct root cause analysis, prepare corrective action plans, and implement to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain for WUN and RUN program implementation.
  • Responsible for maintaining CRC targets and zero IMCR.
  • Ensure 100% traceability and conduct product recall mock drills on a timely basis.
  • Monitor IDOD, DOD, stacking norms, material, and product compatibility, FEFO, and take corrective actions to maintain freshness indicators in the market.
  • Maintain all interlocks, PRP, OPRP, CCP, and control measures as required.
