Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Professional located in Siliguri. The Sales Professional will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include selling products, maintaining knowledge of current market trends, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and handle customer objections effectively
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor products
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Previous experience in the apparel or retail industry is a plus
