We are seeking a dedicated professional to handle day-to-day customer service tasks, including addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to drive sales growth, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up
- Work closely with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention efforts
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in customer care or a related field is preferred, but not required. A degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is also desired.
