Job Title:

Fusion HCM Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Fusion HCM Compensation Specialist to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and enhance Oracle Cloud Compensation application features, conducting thorough business process analysis, configuration validation, system integration, and deployment.
  • Design and execute end-to-end implementation of Annual Workforce Compensation plans for 100 countries, ensuring seamless execution and accurate employee data loading.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to modify fast formulas or SQLs based on country-specific requirements, resolve CRP and UAT issues, and provide support on WFA-related matters.
  • Work closely with the Data team to ensure accurate employee data is loaded into the correct UDTs or External tables.
  • Responsible for resolving issues identified during or post-annual campaign, providing timely solutions and improving overall performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation application implementation and enhancement.
  • Proven expertise in business process analysis, configuration validation, system integration, and deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Adept at learning new technologies, adapting to changing requirements, and driving continuous improvement.
