
Chief Compensation Officer

We are seeking a skilled Total Rewards professional to join our organization. As a seasoned expert in compensation strategy and design, you will play a key role in developing and implementing programs that align with business objectives and market competitiveness.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing compensation structures (fixed, variable, incentives, retention plans) that ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Conducting benchmarking, salary surveys, and market analysis to inform compensation decisions.
- Designing and managing employee benefits programs (health, insurance, retirement, wellness, etc.).
- Evaluating the effectiveness of benefits and recommending changes in line with employee needs and cost optimization.
- Driving annual compensation review cycles (increments, promotions, and bonus payouts).
- Partnering with business leaders and HRBPs to ensure fair, transparent, and performance-driven reward systems.
- Maintaining governance and documentation for compensation & benefits programs.
- Creating dashboards, reports, and insights on compensation, benefits utilization, and workforce cost analysis.
- Providing recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Communicating reward policies, benefits, and compensation philosophy effectively to employees.
- Acting as a subject matter expert for employee queries related to pay, benefits, and rewards.
- Supporting M&A integration, organization restructuring, and mobility programs from a rewards perspective.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of compensation strategy and design principles.
- Proven experience in total rewards program development and implementation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
