Job Title:

We are seeking a highly experienced Compensation professional to lead the implementation of our Expanded Share Ownership strategy.

This role will act as a subject matter expert, executing, communicating, and delivering on the pre-determined strategy. You will work with senior stakeholders, including internal consultants, external advisors, business executives, and HR professionals.

  • Execute the deferred compensation strategy in line with executive objectives and direction
  • Engage with senior business stakeholders for feedback and adjust the strategy as required
  • Lead program socialization activities with senior leaders
  • Collaborate with project managers and portfolio leads to identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities
  • Support effective change management and communication planning for stakeholder engagement and project implementation
  • Deliver high-quality stakeholder management plans and updates for leadership

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for developing and implementing deferred compensation strategies, specifically cash compensation into public company stock, in complex global organisations. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating regulatory requirements and union/works council considerations.

  • Experience developing/implementing deferred compensation strategies
  • Deep knowledge of public company equity compensation
  • Exceptional client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to articulate ideas and present information to senior leaders
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in programme compliance
