We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional with 3-7 years of experience to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in accounting principles and a passion for technical accounting research and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with established accounting standards.
  • Conduct in-depth technical accounting research and provide expert guidance on complex accounting issues.
  • Support the implementation of new accounting standards and policies, ensuring seamless integration into our existing systems.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strict adherence to internal controls and policies.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to junior accounting staff on technical accounting matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and ability to apply them in practical scenarios.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis, with expertise in relevant software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
