Accounting Expertise for Global Finance

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to join our team as a Senior Associate, Global Accounting. This role will play a critical part in our finance operations, focusing on accounting close, financial metrics, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate accounting close for ELMAC.
  • Support the preparation of close packages and variance analysis.
  • Act as a liaison between local, regional, and functional finance teams, establishing clear roles and responsibilities.
  • Advise local Finance leads on tax compliance, audits, and process implementation.
  • Develop and track financial metrics for management dashboards.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Accounting Director, identifying opportunities and challenges.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Finance or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles and accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software.
  • Experience in global finance operations, with a focus on process improvement and change management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in Finance or related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
  • Extensive accounting experience, with a focus on global finance operations.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • Finance transformation experience, with expertise in recent technology advancements.
