Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Professional with over 10 years of experience in Oracle Subscription Management to lead our efforts in implementing, configuring, and supporting this critical business system.

This role will be pivotal in driving the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Subscription Management. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge with technical expertise too of subscription lifecycle processes, pricing, billing, and revenue recognition within the Oracle Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the functional design, configuration, and implementation of the Oracle Subscription Management module.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
  • Define and configure subscription products, pricing models, and billing rules.
  • Support integration activities with other Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Order Management, Billing, Revenue Recognition) and external systems.
  • Perform thorough testing and validation of configurations to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Provide continuous functional support and troubleshooting for the Oracle Subscription Management users.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to end-users.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities of Oracle Subscription Management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of functional experience with Oracle Subscription Management in a Cloud environment.
  • Deep understanding of subscription lifecycle management, including creation, amendment, renewal, and termination.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing, billing, and revenue recognition processes within Oracle Subscription Management.
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
