Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Functional Resource to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Subscription Management.

The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge with technical expertise in subscription lifecycle processes, pricing, billing, and revenue recognition within the Oracle Cloud environment.

This role is critical in driving business success by delivering a robust and efficient subscription management solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and configure the Oracle Subscription Management module to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Develop and maintain subscription products, pricing models, and billing rules.
  • Support integration activities with other Oracle Cloud modules and external systems.
  • Perform testing and validation to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting for Oracle Subscription Management users.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to end-users.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of functional experience with Oracle Subscription Management in a Cloud environment.
  • Deep understanding of subscription lifecycle management, including creation, amendment, renewal, and termination.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing, billing, and revenue recognition processes within Oracle Subscription Management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical teams.
