The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire purchase order process from requisition to delivery follow-up, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and source reliable suppliers, negotiate prices and terms, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.">
  • Maintain up-to-date procurement records, including vendor details, quotations, and delivery notes, to facilitate efficient procurement processes.">
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure procurement needs are met on time, and monitor supplier performance to resolve any issues related to quality standards, delays, or non-compliance.">
  • Analyze market trends and make informed purchasing decisions to optimize costs and improve supply chain efficiency.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.">
  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.">
  • Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/ERP systems, with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and provide high-quality results under pressure.">
  • Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Tally, or Zoho procurement software is an asset.">
