Job description Job Title Purchase Coordinator Department Procurement Eve Biosciences is a pioneering company dedicated to advancing women s health through innovative pharmaceutical and nutraceutical solutions We believe in empowering lives with science-backed products designed to enhance well-being at every stage of life As a Purchase Coordinator you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth procurement of quality materials and resources contributing to the success of our mission Key Responsibilities Procurement Operations Source evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials packaging and other essential resources Issue purchase orders POs and track their status to ensure timely delivery Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as required Vendor Management Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new suppliers to improve quality cost and lead times Resolve any vendor-related issues such as delays quality concerns or payment disputes Documentation and Compliance Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and regulatory standards Maintain accurate records of purchase orders invoices and supplier agreements Cost Optimization Regularly review and analyze procurement costs to identify potential savings Collaborate with the finance team to ensure alignment with budget goals Cross-functional Coordination Work closely with production quality assurance and R D teams to understand material requirements Provide updates on delivery schedules and resolve any supply chain disruptions Qualifications and Skills Education Bachelor s degree in biology pharmaceuticals business administration or a related field Experience 2-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles preferably in the pharmaceutical nutraceutical industry Skills Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office tools Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Understanding of supply chain and inventory management Attributes Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Commitment to upholding ethical and regulatory standards Why Join Eve Biosciences Be part of a purpose-driven company revolutionizing women s health Collaborative work culture that values innovation and growth Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Experience total work 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
