Business Development Professional

The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in identifying, pursuing, and managing business opportunities in the film production, advertising, and entertainment industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the film production, advertising, and entertainment industries.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and projects.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, production agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and project requirements.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Provide insights to refine service offerings and pricing strategies.
- Proposal Development:
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to align proposals with client needs.
- Networking:
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and build a strong industry presence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the film production or entertainment industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Familiarity with film production processes and market dynamics is a plus.
- Salary Range: ₹36,000 - ₹40,000
- Working hours – 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Location: Santacruz-East (Close to Railway Station)
- Probationary Period: 3 Months
- Immediate Joiner will be preferred
- Leave Policy – 12 Annual leaves in a year that includes National and State Holidays
- Food Policy- Vegetarian food only is allowed at the Institute premises.
